#3. The reporting documentation the Gaming Control Board requires licensees to file for the abandonment of children at casinos, racinos, and licensed gaming facilities.

1-Requested Dave Rhen's presentation and supporting documents relating to the presentation before the GCB on Chargebacks, Expenditures, Licensing Fees, and Updated Board Expenses. 2-Requested the approved flow chart and corporate ownership between Sinclair Broadcasting and SCGaming OPCO, LLC. 3-Requested the approved Amendments and Omnibus Petition requesting Leave from the Board to Amend and Approve the Amendments.

1-The final report documenting expenditures of all Grant Funds regarding the local law enforcement grant with the Monroe County District Attorney's Office (contract 1408cMONROECOUNTYDA2022). 2-The Affidavit of Use of Funds regarding the local law enforcement grant with the Monroe County District Attorney's Office (contract1408cMONROECOUNTYDA202). 3-The independent audit regarding the local law enforcement grant with the Monroe County District Attorney's Office (contract 1408cMONROECOUNTYDA2022).

Any and all purchasing records from 2019-03-13 to current. The specific information requested included: 1. Purchase order number or a comparable substitute i.e., invoice, encumbrance, or check number; 2. Purchase date; 3. Line item details (Detailed description of the purchase); 4. Line item quantity; 5. Line item price; 6. Vendor ID number, name, address, contact person and their email address.

Any and all copies (with appropriate redactions) of any and all applications submitted to the PA Gaming Control Board regarding casino operations, and/or any PA Gaming Control Board Slot Operator, Table Game Operator, and/or it's Management Company's Form of submission and/or application concerning Sugarhouse HSP Gaming, LP's (a/k/a HSP Gaming and n/k/a Rivers Casino) and its business operations located at 1001 N. Delaware Ave, Philadelphia PA 19125 - amended to "the initial application and the renewal application governing the date of 12/21/18".

A copy of the original background investigation and suitability report issued for the Rivers Casino in Pittsburgh (Holdings Acquisition Co, LP).

A copy of the background investigation and suitability report, or any other document reflecting the Board's decision to issue a conditional license-drafted in connection with Rush Street Interactive PA, LLC.

Copy of the report of background investigation conducted by the PGCB based on the application of Golden Route Operations, LLC (aka: Golden Route Operations-Pennsylvania LLC) for a VGT Operator License. All supplemental reports that include the background investigation of this applicant's affiliates, including Golden Entertainment, Inc., Golden Holdings, Inc., and the Blake L. Sartini and Denise F. Sartini Family Trust. All supplemental reports that include the background investigation of this applicant's listed Principals.
