The following pertaining to GID #150814-1 and GID # 147393-1 (Yass & Rubin) in association with their license as principal for PointsBet and FBG Enterprises Opco, LLC, respectively:
1) At least one (1) email communication from applicant's attorneys at Blank Rome and/or Duane Morris LLP to the PGCB signifying their multi-jurisdictional PHD was submitted and/or revisions to deficiency letters were submitted (Yass & Rubin) OR at least (1) email communication from the PGCB to applicant's attorneys surrounding their application to any extent. An example of this kind of document filed publicly on the PGCB's website is attached to this request below.
2) I understand that the PHD or any part thereof is deemed non-public, and unavailable for redacted release. That said, I am seeking at least one (1) document or email communication (aside from the initial deficiency letter) surrounding BOTH GID #150814-1 and GID # 147393-1 (Yass & Rubin) in association with their license as principal for PointsBet and FBG Enterprises Opco, LLC, respect
